General information
Classes are held throughout the year and can be attended either together as a comprehensive foundation course, or individually as one-off classes. To obtain full benefit from the course it is recommended that you attend "Fundamentals of Healthy Eating" before progressing to other classes.

Cost
Cost is £95 per class. This includes 2-3 hours of practical cookery tuition, 2-3 hours teaching of the underpinning theory, a 3-course lunch with multiple dishes, professional handouts covering the material taught, and copies of the recipes used.
Full payment of £95 per class is payable on booking, which includes a non-refundable deposit of £30. The full fee of £95 is retained if cancellation is made 4 working days or less before a class.
